Welcome to the Malmö Garden Show
Malmö is the biggest city in Southern Sweden, often known as the city of parks because of its green city centre and its verdant, popular parks. Every year – when the city is at its most attractive – Malmö issues an invitation to a garden festival. Welcome to the Malmö Garden Show 2017! This year June 2th to 4th.
Behind the magnificent Malmöhus Castle, Scandinavia’s oldest surviving renaissance castle, is the attractive park known as Slottsträdgården. This is the venue for the Malmö Garden Show. Enjoy both garden and balcony exhibitions, all with attractive creations and trend-setting ideas from some of the industry’s most innovative designers. Visit the popular garden market. Let the children head off and explore the Children’s Garden Show. Get your fingers dirty at one of the Malmö Garden Show’s inspirational workshops, or relax to some pleasant music and enjoy a nice bite to eat under the blossoming treetops.
With free entry and activities at no charge, there’s plenty to do for both adults and children in the wonderful Slottsträdgården.
Malmö Garden Shows of recent years have attracted attention, not least for their ability to attract garden designers who generate international interest. British head gardener John Taylor promises that 2017 will be every bit as exciting as previous years.
