Santa Claus moves in to Raoul Wallenberg Park
From 27 November until 21 December, children can give their Christmas lists to Santa Claus and Mrs Claus at their house in Raoul Wallenberg Park.
Christmas at Raoul Wallenberg Park
From 9 to 23 December, the park will be transformed into a sparkling wonderland, with exciting art and light installations, as well as skating rinks. You can also buy food and delicious treats from around the world, or eat in the park and take part in various cultural activities. The food stalls will be open Monday to Friday 15:00-19:00 and Saturday and Sunday 11:00-19:00. And why not take a break from Christmas shopping with an ice-skating session.

Hi. I am coming over with my son next weekend, to see my girlfriend who lives in Malmo. Assuming the ice is good, we are hoping to go out to the country to go skating on one of the lakes. Do you know where we can hire ice skates for the day?
Many thanks
Rob
Hello, You can rent or borrow skates for iceskiting in Folkets Park. But that´s only for use in Folkets Park. If you want to skate inside, Kockums Fritid is open for iceskateing om weekends 11-14.30. At Kockum Fritid can you rent iceskates for using at Kockum Fritid. There is no place for renting skates in Malmö.But you can buy second hand skates quite cheep in " Friluftsmagsinet" on Lantmannagatan 47.
The most ice on the lakes are at the moment thick enough for ice skating, but look for sights saying " varning för svag is" = Warning for thin ice.
Welcome to Malmö!
