Background
The future of medical specialists is a congress of ST in focus, which is held every two years. Congress was born from a desire to create a venue for all Swedish resident physician, regardless of specialty, and all who in any way involved in ST. The target group is the resident physician, potential resident physician, counselors, program directors and practitioners.
Education
In the description of the targets of ST are specialty chemicals overall objective for management, communication and science. High competence in these areas is of course along with specialty-specific skills essential for a successful medical career. The goal of Congress is to lecture, offer courses and workshops, training in leadership, communication and science for all Swedish resident physician. Participation of course, provides a certificate proving that you have completed a course in leadership, communication and science. This can benefit you as a part of your ST.
Venue
The future of medical specialists to create an arena for discussion and exchange of experiences. Several items on the agenda is focused on mentoring and ST issues, improvement of ST and how the new skills objectives to be achieved. By collecting a large part of the country's resident physician, as he is the future of medical specialists, future supervisors, managers and professors, created the opportunity to discuss how health care and role of the doctor to see into the future to create the best for patients.
