In 1989 the same constellation of restaurateurs that runs Victors today, made their minds up about trying to change the restaurant life at Lilla Torg. At the time being, the square was for the most part a through route for strollers, and the choice of restaurants was limited. The restaurant Chroug Lilla Torg was taken over, and the premises brought into a light, warm and modern restaurant – Victors was created.
