Malmö City Horse Show is back in 2009!
There will be four speed-filled days full of competitions, shows, exhibitions and family entertainment at the unique and beautiful course of Ribersborg, near the sea and city.
Eventing is one of the world's toughest sports and now you get the chance to experience the speed, strength and elegance in the three parts dressage, cross country and show jumping. A real experience - even for those who are not horse fans.
The races are over Ascension Day holidays, and on Thursday and Friday will be the national show jumping organized by Malmö's five riding-clubs.
During each day there will be various performances in the Arena in connection with breaks, etc. In the area different compounds in horse and dog will have exhibitions and shows, and there will also be sale of food and stuff.
Some news for 2009 is a larger market, an official agility competition with up to 500 starts in Sydskånska Kennel Club, and more elements of dance and music. Jumping competitions during Thursday and Friday are organized by the Malmö Ridklubbars Centralorganisation.
