The Öresund runt ticket will not cover the transport with Swebus, but if you take the train from Copenhagen to Malmö and the other trips you will take, then you can use the Öresund Ticket.
You can buy this ticket in Malmö at the Central Station, if I were you I would contact Skånetrafiken and ask if they sell it in Copenhagen: https://www.skanetrafiken.se/templates/InformationPage.aspx?id=14883&eps...
